Within HAFIS, researchers from different backgrounds collaborate interdisciplinarily, leveraging their complementary capabilities to gain new perspectives. HAFIS Cycle #1
We kicked-off the first round of HAFIS in November 2023. The brand new constellation of coaches from four Helmholtz research centers created the program from scratch and took 22 participants along the way. At the Impact Day in September 2024 eight projects crossed the finish line.
HAFIS Cycle #2
We learned, we grew, we started the second batch: In September 2024 30 new participants began their HAFIS journey. With even more researches, ideas and motivation a stunning 17 projects presented their results on the big stage on Impact Day in June 2025.
